A fourth-generation family company, and a reference in the manufacturing of brakes and high-level friction components for the automotive, industrial and energy sectors.

Our client asked us to implement a management model in collaboration with its Human Resources department to optimize and improve information processes, counseling, and post-hiring service with its employees and family members at the moment of truth: “when we need medical benefits”.

Our work and approach

Our Health&Employee Benefits Business Unit made available to the Client a team of two people specialized in health insurance, whose function is two very well defined lines of action:
on the one hand, to be an extension of the HR department, assuming operational management of health insurance, such as the relationship of processing requests and monitoring of cases with the insurer; and on the other hand, to create a direct line of communication with the employee and their families for advice, consultations, incidents and procedures.

The result of our service for the client has been to free and lighten the workload of our client’s Human Resources Area, and in turn their employees are receiving a professionalized, faster and more efficient service in the management and service of health insurance.
