In accordance with the provisions of Article 173 and concordant Articles of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020, the brokerage companies of the Ferrer&Ojeda Group provide their Insurance Mediation Services in an objective and independent manner, looking after the interests of their customers and representing them before the insurance companies.
The brokerage companies of the Ferrer&Ojeda Group provide their advice under the principles of independence from the insurance companies, as well as objective and personalized analysis to their customers, always seeking the coverage that, according to the requirements raised by them, best suits their needs.
The mediation of your policies will be made on the basis of your information and data on the risk and coverages that finally result of your interest. We remind you of the importance of reviewing risk data, coverages and declarations contained in the particular conditions of the policy and that if you observe any error or divergence with respect to the agreed issues and/or your request, please let us know immediately, there is a period of 30 days from the delivery of the policy to request its correction.
All the group’s brokerage firms have civil liability insurance in accordance with Art. 157 of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020.
In accordance with the provisions of Order ECO 734/2004, of March 11 (Official Spanish Gazette [BOE] March 24, 2004), we inform you that if you wish to file any complaint or claim related to our intervention as mediators, you may contact our Customer Service Department by email elcol-legi@elcol-legi.org, which has a period of two months to resolve your complaint. We have at your disposal the operating regulations of the aforementioned department adapted to the current legislation. If you disagree with the response to your complaint, please contact the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds (Paseo de la Castellana 44, 28046 Madrid).

The assignment of the Access Keys occurs automatically and the only criterion used for this purpose is the non-existence of previous Access Keys that are identical to those chosen by the user.

Purchase policy
The prices calculated on this Website are the prices that the contracting party must finally pay in case they are interested in the coverage. There are no surcharges or subsequent taxes. There will only be changes in the price in case the contracting party wishes to extend the coverage.
Payment by credit card:
This collection procedure guarantees immediate coverage and the downloading of the documentation evidencing the coverage, once the payment has been confirmed by the bank.
To make the payment, you need to enter the secure Website of our bank, where you will be asked for your card number and expiration date. For your peace of mind, both your personal and credit card information is encrypted thanks to the SSL secure server provided by this financial institution.
Your credit card information is not registered in any database but goes directly to the Bank’s POS (Point of Sale Terminal). Likewise, at no time does Ferrer&Ojeda Asociados, Correduría de Seguros, S.L. receive your credit card information, only the confirmation of the payment.
Returns
The taking out of the policy, once the payment has been made, does not admit refunds or cancellations directly from the web.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Kingdom of Spain shall apply.
In the event of any discrepancy or dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these conditions or the content of the Website, in general, the companies of the Ferrer&Ojeda Group and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of Barcelona.
If any clause or section of this Legal Notice, which is not of an essential nature for its existence, is declared null and void or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.
