In accordance with the provisions of Order ECO 734/2004, of March 11 (Spanish Official Gazette [BOE] March 24, 2004), we inform you that if you wish to file any complaint or claim related to our intervention as mediators, you may contact our Customer Service Department, whose e-mail address is, which has a period of two months to resolve your complaint. We have at your disposal the operating regulations of the aforementioned department adapted to the current legislation. If you disagree with the response to your complaint, please contact the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds (Paseo de la Castellana 44, 28046 Madrid).
