Important medium-sized hotel group, located in the Balearic Islands, whose main shareholder is an investment fund. Its pre-covid turnover was more than 70M€ and its main area of operation was the Balearic and Canary Islands.

Our work and approach
We began our collaboration and advisory relationship in 2013 with a detailed study of their risks, homogenizing their coverage in Damages for all the hotels in the different locations and in CR for all the companies, both owners of the properties and operators of the hotel services.
<!– wpml:html_fragment –> During the first year of work we proposed to unify the 25 hotel risks and the 17 companies into two single insurance framework contracts, one for Property and Casualty. This resulted in significant savings for our client in the management of its risks, not only in costs, but also in the administration of the Program.
<!– wpml:html_fragment –> At the same time of this unification of criteria, we were working with the different managers of each of the hotels for the integral management of the claims with classroom or virtual training, creating basic manuals of action both in own damages and in Civil Liability

Results
Our management and constant search for insurance solutions for the client have allowed us to progressively and solidly consolidate our presence in their insurance program, making us their reference broker.
<!– wpml:html_fragment –> We currently manage the main policies of the Group’s insurance program: Property, in 1 single policy for 25 hotels, CR in 1 single policy for 12 operating companies, Professional CR, for management of operations by third parties and D&O Directors and Officers Liability.

<!– wpml:html_fragment –> To all this we must add an important management of claims resolution, due to the high frequency of claims that the client has due to the numerous assets and clients with origin in different countries.
