The mediation activity is carried out in accordance with the principles of honesty, impartiality and professionalism established under current regulations.
Shareholdings and Relationships with Insurance Entities
Ferrer&Ojeda does not hold, directly or indirectly, more than 10% of the voting rights or capital of any insurance entity.
Likewise, no insurance entity or parent company of an insurance entity holds, directly or indirectly, more than 10% of the voting rights or share capital of Ferrer&Ojeda.
Information Regarding Advice
In the exercise of its distribution activity, Ferrer&Ojeda provides independent advice based on an objective analysis, in accordance with the client’s stated demands and needs, and supported by the analysis of a sufficient number of insurance contracts available on the market.
The recommendations provided are intended to propose the insurance contract best suited to the client’s needs.
The remuneration received by Ferrer&Ojeda for its insurance distribution activity generally consists of commissions included in the insurance premium paid by the insurance entities.
In certain cases, and when the nature of the service so requires, remuneration may consist of professional fees previously agreed with the client.

If the client disagrees with the resolution adopted, or if two months have elapsed since the complaint was submitted without receiving a response, the client may contact the Complaints Service of the Directorate General for Insurance and Pension Funds.
The mediation of insurance contracts will be carried out based on the information provided by the client regarding the risk and the requested coverages.
Clients are advised to carefully review the general and specific terms and conditions of the policies contracted and to immediately report any detected error or discrepancy.
