For a prestigious jewelry and more than 35 years of family owned business, we have been advising since 2009 advising their risks and as their insurance brokers of both the Business and the Business Family behind.

Our work and approach
Our relationship with this client began with the analysis of its business, very focused on high watchmaking, and the situation of its risk and necessary security measures.
<!– wpml:html_fragment –> We advised on the design and implementation of a specific insurance program together with the Business Management to preserve not only the trade and distributed goods, but the family patrimony in its broadest concept.
<!– wpml:html_fragment –> Regarding Jewelry, we proposed and designed a comprehensive “all risk” All Risk Property Damage policy with extension and extension of coverages on goods in property, custody and in third party locations and workshops, and showcases and fairs.

We improved inventory and cash control both in safe and on display and security measures in the jewelry office. In addition, we took out two merchandise transportation policies.

Results
We underwrote and managed a complex All Risk policy due to the high inventory value of the Business: especially very high-end watches, convincing the Insurance Company that the client had incorporated all the security measures required for the correct insurance of the goods and the premises.
<!– wpml:html_fragment –> Among the main results of this advice, the management of two large claims with an impact of more than 1M€ of amount recovered by the client, as a result of a robbery, stands out.% dThe key to the recovery of 100 % of the compensation claimed by the client was the relationship of trust generated with the insurer and, above all, the prior design of the policy in a joint manner.
<!– wpml:html_fragment –> Additionally we have managed more than 25 claims of different characteristics, from damage to the store and furniture, such as glass breakage, or loss of parts during transport or shipping, to the satisfaction of our client.
