Client and project challenges
For one of the main Spanish construction and development groups, basically residential, in continuous growth for the last 10 years. It employs around 1,000 people and has diversified its activity towards renewable energies, civil works, industrial activity and even the management of a hotel. Their proactive vision is leading them towards a major player in the real estate sector. For now, although they have made tests outside Spain, their activity is basically developed at national level.
Our work and approach
The first contact was in 2013, and after several negotiations, a collaboration and management agreement was signed, initially for 5 years, which was renewed after that period. Over the years we have developed a close relationship at the risk management level, and today we manage their entire insurance program: Liability, D&O, TRC, Decennial, Collective Agreement, Health, Life, Damages and Surety. Of course, in case of any need, we look for the best solutions that the market can give us.
Results
In short, we are part of their management structure, both in terms of direct and indirect risks, as well as their employees. Our exclusivity agreement, however, does not make us lose sight of what is one of the group’s main clients. We are fully satisfied, and we place the group’s various operational departments at the client’s disposal. In the future, we will continue to grow together, as is only natural, and to strengthen our partnership.
