For a leading reference group in the management of residential homes, care and social health centers and day centers, both for the elderly and for people with physical disabilities equal to or greater than 65%. The group, with a presence throughout Spain, especially in the Levante region of the peninsula, had 18 centers and more than 650 professionals between: Residential care homes, socio-health centers and day hospitals.
Our work and approach
We proposed an insurance program for all its assistance centers (18 in total), facilitating the understanding, control and unification of coverage, insured limits and guarantees for each center. We proposed the independent underwriting of a Professional Liability policy with a limit of €2,000,000 and special clauses for the health and social-health sectors, especially elderly care centers.
Results
We obtained the underwriting of a complete insurance program with limits adequate to the protection of its activity and liabilities, which as a result has allowed the activation of the main guarantees both for damages.
