Company created in 2001 specialized in international scientific and regulatory affairs consulting. It soon became international with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Munich and Amsterdam, offering comprehensive services for drug development and regulatory affairs to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies.

Our work and approach
In November 2016 we started the review of contracts and proceeded to request conditions from the insurance market, reaching the conclusion that it would be convenient to increase coverage limits and include new coverage.
Negotiated with the insurers, we offered the client several options to update such limits, and the client accepted the proposal made.
Results
To date, the client continues to maintain their confidence in Ferrer&Ojeda and we have also advised them in the contracting of new policies of Daily Subsidy for their partners and directors.
It is important that in these times of tough market and with many restrictions in the Pharma sector we have been able to offer them conditions for the continuity of their General and Professional Liability policy.
We have also recommended changes in the Administrators Liability (D&O) policy that optimize the coverage for the client.
