We manage the insurance program in Spain for a diversified media and publishing group, leader at European level, with different divisions of magazine publishing, print media, television, publishing different publications and technology services provider.
Our work and approach
We manage the part of its international program of Damages and Civil Liability in the Spanish market, with headquarters in Barcelona and Madrid and centers in different cities of Spain, in its different divisions at the moment.

We proposed the inclusion of Employee Infidelity coverage in which we have successfully managed for the client the indemnification for one case. We also advise and manage the Accident policy for their employees and the life and health groups, Employee Benefits, with a team dedicated to attend these personal insurances. We also manage the insurance of the fleet of vehicles.

Results
We recommended and increased the liability limits for the company’s risk exposure. We obtained the inclusion of professional liability within the global civil liability program. We successfully managed for our client a claim for employee infidelity in the amount of 50k€ for damages caused to a third party, with coverage in the program, thanks to the inclusion of the employee infidelity coverage.
